Why is there no picture on screen?

Low battery, charge for 24hrs.
Can I take the camera apart?
NO. only the factory can open camera’s. Doing so voids all warranties.
How long should I charge the unit for the first time? (Units w/ battery)
48 hrs.
How do I properly put the cable back on the reel?
Turn the drum at the same time you push the cable in, if it gets hard pull some out and try again. Improperly reeling cable can cause kinks.
How long is my warranty?
New systems have a 1 year warranty.Repaired units have a 90 day warranty on the performed repair only.
Do we provide loaners?
NO
I tried to push a clog through but it is not working.
The units are for viewing pipes NOT clearing pipes. Improper use will
cause breakage.
Unit won’t locate.
Make sure you have turned on the transmitter by choosing the frequency from the menu on the LCD screen. When active it will say 512Hz. Be sure the frequency is the same as your locator
Notes:
Units need to be checked out as soon as received from the repair center. The warranty is 90 days on what was fixed ONLY.
Problems found later or that the repair center missed are not covered.
Problems with a repaired unit must be known right away, please check the unit out and call us immediately with any problems
Units need to be shipped in original packaging to not void the warranty
